Part of the NEA Big Read series. Pick up an America250-themed painting kit and return the finished piece to any Irving library location by November 1 to enter into the Tiny Art Contest. Artwork will be displayed at America’s Birthday Bas on Nov. 7 where the winners of each age group will be announced and receive a prize pack.
