Nine-day festival (Oct 25-Nov 2) on LA's oldest street with community altars, food and craft stalls, free sweet bread and beverages, and a nightly Novenario procession led by Aztec dancers that ends with a ceremony in the Kiosko. Halloween day runs 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
